* Conduct home collections: visit customers' homes with overdue payments to recover delinquent accounts, receive partial payments, or negotiate payment agreements. * Deliver account statements, receipts, promotional materials, and credit-related documentation (account statements, newspapers/promotions, BanCoppel or Coppel credit information). * Verify customer information: confirm address, personal details, and contact information to ensure data is up to date. * Manage delinquent account recovery: closely monitor overdue accounts, record received payments, and establish payment agreements or arrangements upon customer request. * In some cases, promote Coppel / BanCoppel credit services to acquire new customers or reactivate dormant accounts.
