Focus on process improvement and quality management **SECTION I:** GENERAL DESCRIPTION Team leader on assembly lines, ensuring and leading service departments to achieve company objectives through strategy and teamwork. **SECTION II:** EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION * Professional or technical training. * 2\-3 years of experience as a supervisor or team leader. **SECTION III:** KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND CERTIFICATIONS * English 50% * Knowledge of manufacturing/assembly processes. * Basic knowledge of problem\-solving tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa diagram, 8D). * Leadership * Teamwork * Excellent communication skills * Basic knowledge of Windows (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Analytical skills * Decision\-making, negotiation, and people\-oriented. **SECTION IV:** MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Respect and comply with safety policies. * Meet safety metrics: 0 accidents, 5 OPSs per week. * Participate in and/or lead safety gembas. * Participate in and/or lead process improvements/workshops/new model phases. * Participate in and/or lead quality problem\-solving meetings. * Meet quality metrics (RTFT \& CPU). * Rigorously execute established processes (balancing, tooling, Andon, etc.) and avoid line stoppages; adhere to the production plan. * Any other activity assigned by the supervisor. * Participate in the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) established for your role in relation to ISO 9001:2015\. * Comply with the safety rules established according to your role. * Attend all scheduled Quality and Training sessions on time. * Identify and report any issues related to quality and compliance and support corrective actions.
