Conduct analyses to ensure quality from the receipt of raw materials, packaging materials, processing, finished products, etc. **Basic Functions** * Analysis of packaging materials during receipt and storage. * Analysis of raw materials during storage. * Analysis of finished product, in process. * Inspection of transportation for loading and unloading of finished products. * Keep updated reports on finished product quality. * Report to the Quality Assurance Coordinator and Production Supervisor regarding incidents affecting product quality. * Keep laboratory equipment and materials clean and in good condition. * Perform periodic verification of measuring instruments. * Verify chlorine addition in process water. * Verify additive addition. * Review cleaning of all mill areas. * Assist with the release of finished products. * Sampling of products when required (semolina, flour, and by-products). * Availability to perform additional tasks. * Compliance with the implemented food safety system (BPM, HACCP, ISO 22000\).
