Join our team as Engineering Supervisor at Susurros del Corazón in Punta de Mita, Mexico, reporting to the Assistant Director of Engineering. You will be responsible for elevating the Susurros del Corazón brand through the lens of culinary experiences. Execution of your duties will ensure the highest service standards are met and guest experiences exceed expectations. Please note this is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities! Within this context, key responsibilities for this position include: * Ensure the brand and asset are protected by ensuring all guests are delighted and enjoy their experience at the property. * Plan and manage all preventive maintenance work, new projects, expansions and renovations in a manner that minimally impacts the guest experience. * Adhere to procedures and policies outlined in the annual preventive and predictive maintenance plan. * Continuously monitor responsible usage of hotel energy, water and wastewater to implement measures resulting in energy cost savings. * Support the hotel’s energy conservation or sustainability program to help achieve its annual financial goals and annual sustainability plan targets. * Serve as an active member of the Hotel Engineering Department’s leadership team. Build professional relationships and actively participate in all hotel operations—including but not limited to daily and weekly management meetings. **Requirements** * Minimum two years of operational experience in a hotel engineering department or closely related industry. Prior experience as a Supervisor or equivalent role preferred. * Must be familiar with operations and priorities across all other hotel operational departments. * Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours and lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds. * Excellent communication skills. * Strong leadership skills and ability to apply them in a dynamic environment. * Confidence and ability to perform under pressure. **Additional Information** Auberge Collection is a portfolio of extraordinary hotels, resorts, residences and private clubs.
