I currently have an opportunity to join our Sales Team at UNID Gómez Palacio, a university with nearly 25 years of existence that is part of Talisis, a leading educational platform in Mexico that seeks to democratize education through a hybrid methodology. UNID is a university that has over 4,200 corporate agreements allowing its students to complete work internships both nationally and internationally, as well as Official Study Validity Recognition (RVOE) for its academic offerings in high school, undergraduate, and postgraduate programs. We are seeking an Educational Advisor focused on the Adult Market, who will be responsible for ensuring prospects become actual students by managing the entire sales process from initial contact through closing, thereby securing established income and enrollment targets. **Key responsibilities of the position:** **Database Management**: Manage and keep prospect information updated in the CRM, aligned with the sales process (response times, conversion rates, prospect sources, closures). **Customer Service**: Provide personalized service to qualified adult market prospects, serving as the first point of contact to identify the best option for their needs and successfully close the sale, addressing any customer concerns (objections). **Revenue Target Achievement**: Ensure sales targets are met in a manner favorable to both the customer and the company, adhering to enrollment policies and procedures. Constant collaboration with Outbound Advisors to improve the database and increase conversion rates. **Success indicators for the position:** New Enrollment \| 100% NI Goal achievement (Talisis.com, HH and UNID) Average Ticket \| Achievement of average ticket target **Required profile to successfully meet goals:** Completed bachelor’s degree (desirable) Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills, capable of conducting professional and productive conversations. At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar role within the industry, or in intangible sales (verifiable through sales achievements and performance metrics). Persuasive, goal-oriented, and accustomed to daily performance reporting. Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
