Job Summary: We are seeking a licensed general physician for general consultation, minor emergency care, medical examinations, and support in preventive health campaigns for company personnel. Participation in preventive health campaigns ✅ Candidate Profile * Licensed physician with an active professional license. * Minimum of **1–2 years** of experience in general practice (experience in corporate or occupational health is desirable). * Occupational medicine / first aid. * Management and control of chronic\-degenerative diseases. * Medical evaluation for hiring and periodic examinations. * Basic management of clinical records (paper or electronic). * Excellent **interpersonal skills, professional ethics, and confidentiality**. * Communication skills with administrative and operational staff. * Flexible availability (according to company shifts). * Proficiency in Excel ✅ Main Responsibilities * Provide **general medical consultation** to company personnel. * Attend to **minor emergencies** and administer first aid. * Conduct **pre\-employment, periodic, and exit medical examinations**. * Follow up on work-related disabilities, occupational accidents, and general illnesses. * Prepare and maintain medical records. * Refer patients to external institutions when necessary. * Support **preventive health campaigns** (vaccination, check\-ups, health talks). * Comply with internal health and safety guidelines. ✅ Legal and Technical Requirements * Professional license mandatory. * RFC and active tax documentation. * Basic knowledge of the following is desirable: * STPS regulations related to occupational health. * IMSS (disability procedures, basic forms). * No specialization required. Salary: Starting from $28,363\.00 per month Work Location: On\-site employment
