A Day in the Life of... * Continuously identify, record, and report hazards and incidents within your work environment. * Comply with requirements outlined in the Integrated Management System (IMS), specifically those related to quality systems, by monitoring control of Critical Control Points (CCPs) in your area according to the Quality Management System (QMS), as well as various parameters ensuring product quality, thereby achieving complete satisfaction of both internal and external customers. * Maintain a results-oriented mindset and proactively cooperate by actively identifying and communicating quantifiable improvements that drive objective achievement through continuous improvement behaviors. * Conduct equipment verification, organization, and cleaning before, during, and after the manufacturing process. * Operate equipment efficiently with the goal of achieving zero losses. * Perform quality control tests on product samples (sensory evaluation, moisture, fat, pH). Contribute to performance, productivity, and quality projects (e.g., consumer complaints). Complete management forms, update SAP records, and ensure operator understanding for efficient shift handovers. What Will Make You Successful * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, SAP, and DMO. * Desired knowledge of extrusion machinery. * Knowledge of CNC. * Understanding of process controls. * Familiarity with equipment for measuring moisture, fat, and pH.
