Requirements: * Completed high school or technical degree. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in computer and mobile phone repair. * Passion for customer service and attention. * Must live near the work location. Responsibilities: * First and second level support for Apple users. * Personalized customer service and issue resolution. * Follow-up on completed services. * Promotion and placement of additional services. * Meeting department metrics and performance indicators.
