Knowledge: * CCTV - installation, control, maintenance of cameras and monitoring systems. * Access control to operating systems, websites, platforms, etc. * Structured cabling. * Installation and maintenance of Windows and MAC operating systems. * Office software suite. * Antivirus installation and administration. * Backup agent management. * IP printer installation. Responsibilities: * Perform functional tests on systems and local networks, locating and diagnosing malfunctions to verify and adjust their operation. * Install and configure operational applications such as OS, Office, Remote Customs Entry Consultation, MDM, PDF Reader, Backup Agent, Antivirus, etc., properly managing licenses and ensuring timely updates. * Verify with users that requirements are met on time and correctly. * Redesign cabling and electronics for local networks in small environments and connect them to wide area networks, escalating complex cases to higher support levels when necessary.
