San Juan del Río Send your CV to: rpmisioncentro@hotelesmision.com.mx Position Profile – Quality Position: Quality Coordinator Area: Operations / Guest Service Reports to: General Manager Location: Hotel Misión San Gil Position Objective: Ensure compliance with chain quality standards, promoting continuous improvement across all operational areas to guarantee guest satisfaction and achievement of distinctions and certifications. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise and evaluate the proper implementation of service standards and operational procedures. * Coordinate internal quality, safety, and hygiene audits. * Monitor guest satisfaction indicators and develop action plans. * Follow up on training programs and quality distinctions (H, M, Punto Limpio, etc.). * Prepare monthly quality reports and propose operational improvements. * Promote a culture of service and attention to detail across all departments. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hotel Administration, or related field. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in hotel quality or supervisory roles. * Knowledge of tourism regulations and quality certifications. * Experience handling performance indicators and reporting. * Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
