**Position Purpose** * Ensure efficient and timely flow of products, raw materials and/or finished goods, guaranteeing proper warehouse coordination and deliveries to our customers. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch of products. * Control inventories and ensure appropriate stock rotation. * Monitor delivery incidents promptly and ensure their timely resolution. * Collaborate with Production, Sales, and Quality departments to ensure order fulfillment. * Maintain reports on logistics indicators (e.g., turnover, shrinkage, complete and on-time deliveries). * Daily input into the ASPEL system. * Preparation and dispatch of shipments. * Proper storage of received materials and supplies. * Planning and scheduling of warehouse-related activities. * Monthly physical inventory counts. * Participation in implementation of the QMS (Quality Management System). **Requirements:** Engineering or Technical Superior University Degree (TSU) in Production Processes, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
