Position: **CNC OPERATOR** Location: Federal Highway Mexico–Cuautla km 41.5, Ozumba de Alzate, State of Mexico **ONLY OZUMBA ZONE, STATE OF MEXICO AND SURROUNDINGS.** **Requirements:** * Education: Technical Degree in Machinery and Tools * Experience: Minimum 1 year operating conventional and/or CNC machinery and tools * Tool sharpening **Job Objective:** Carry out high-quality manufacturing in compliance with the production plant’s requirements, minimizing waste and ensuring precision in each machining process. **Required Knowledge:** * Interpretation of mechanical drawings or technical blueprints * SolidWorks / CAMWorks * Use of measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, etc.) * Steels and metals used in mechanical part manufacturing * Cutting tool sharpening * Dies * Heat treatments * Use of dividing head and concentricity table * Centering and verification of machined parts * Gears and sprockets * Tapping and drilling * Inserts for different types of metals **Main Responsibilities:** * Align the cutting wire prior to starting the cut. * Fully comply with drawing specifications. * Ensure proper use and sharpening of cutting tools. * Request and review drawings before commencing work. * Calibrate tools to be used. * Develop and verify programs for parts or components. * Mount and center raw material and tools. * Operate control panel commands to execute automatic machining. * Monitor the process and ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments. * Comply with safety and hygiene regulations and wear personal protective equipment. * Maintain a clean and orderly workspace. * Report any incidents during the manufacturing process to the coordinator. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary (to be discussed according to experience) * Biweekly payment * Statutory benefits from day one * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Subsidized cafeteria * Job stability * Uniform provided at no cost If you meet the profile, please send your CV to **5560663979** Job Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $1.00 per month Benefits: * Educational support Work Location: On-site employment
