Production Operator - Assembly

Job Summary: We are seeking Assembly Operators for the production of components and sub-assemblies for helicopters and airplanes, with minimum required experience. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork in a demanding production environment Company dedicated to the production of components and sub-assemblies delivered to final assembly lines of helicopters and airplanes seeks ASSEMBLY OPERATORS: ASSEMBLY: $9,963 monthly gross - Minimum experience required (male and female). Requirements: Ages 18–46. Minimum education: Secondary school; maximum: Preparatory school. Availability to rotate among 3 shifts every fifteen days. We offer: Biweekly payroll. 11.5% savings fund. 11% food vouchers. 20-day year-end bonus, 50% vacation premium, 12 vacation days upon joining plus an increase of 2 days each year. Biweekly production bonus (based on KPI achievement during the biweekly period). Free transportation. Responsibilities: ASSEMBLY: - Assembly of components, sensors, and riveting of emergency doors for airplanes and helicopters. Shift rotation schedule every fifteen days: Work Monday through Friday: First shift: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM Second shift: 4:30 PM to 12:45 AM Saturdays: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Third shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Availability to work Sundays is required.
