Upon receiving a breakdown repair request, respond quickly (e.g., arrive at the site within 15 minutes), use observation and testing (with tools such as multimeter, oscilloscope, infrared thermometer) to identify the root cause (mechanical wear, short circuit, hydraulic system leakage, etc.). 4\. Develop a maintenance plan to replace damaged components (such as bearings, sensors, motors, etc.) or repair the faulty module, with a recovery time of 2 to 4 hours (emergency failure priority). 5\. Based on equipment manuals and failure history, participate in preventive maintenance planning (monthly/quarterly part replacements, annual calibration accuracy) and implement it. 5\.
