




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced cake baker skilled in the complete preparation of cake batters, manual shaping, and creative decoration, committed to hygiene and capable of working effectively in a team. Strict maintenance of hygiene and order Responsibilities and Activities * **Sweet Bread Production:** Complete preparation of cake batters (conchas, cuernitos, donuts, rolls, etc.) * **Shaping and Forming:** Manually shape pieces with dexterity and speed to maintain production pace. * **Creative Decoration:** Application of glazes, varnishes, sugars, and fillings with excellent visual finish. * **Teamwork** * **Cleaning and Organization:** Maintain workbench, tools, and equipment (mixers, cutters) in perfect hygienic condition. * **Waste Control (Suggestion):** Optimize ingredient usage to avoid waste of batter or raw materials. * **Seasonal Innovation (Suggestion):** Contribute ideas for special breads (Day of the Dead, Rosca de Reyes, or new creations). Minimum Requirements * **Age:** 18 to 45 years old. * **Education:** Completed junior high school (minimum). * **Experience:** Verifiable experience in cake baking (handling batters, yeasts, and decoration). * **Availability:** Full-time. * **Skills:** Physical stamina for bakery work, punctuality, and attention to detail.
