Your Responsibilities * Build trust-based relationships with internal clients regarding HR services to support them in achieving their KPIs * Provide support to different departments in labor conflicts to prevent any risks and maintain control over separations * Serve as support staff for matters related to business relations; administrative personnel sanction disputes, disciplinary measures according to established internal regulations * Coordinate with lawyers on all labor claims or conflicts within the country to minimize or eliminate risks * Ensure implementation of Human Resources processes (Compensation, L \& D, Training, Payroll, Recruitment, Personnel Administration and Services), in accordance with internal policies to achieve business strategy * Record personnel movements, incidents, earnings and deductions arising from payroll to prevent potential conflicts with employees * Develop a culture of respect and high performance within the team * Conduct visits to different operational areas or SVCs to support the leadership team in organizational culture situations, providing timely and effective support for staffing needs governed by the Federal Labor Law \& internal policies Your Profile* Degree in Economics–Administrative Sciences, Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Labor Relations, Industrial Relations, or Psychology * Intermediate Office skills * Intermediate to advanced English * Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources * Flexible availability * Availability to work night shifts Competencies:* Excellent service attitude * Commitment * Self-directed * Flexible availability * Proactive * Effective communication with other departments * Conflict resolution * Labor management * Resource management Our Offer* Competitive salary * 30-day Christmas bonus * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers * Life insurance * Major medical expenses coverage * 9 days of vacation Does this profile appeal to you and do these tasks and responsibilities challenge you?
