*This vacancy comes from the job board Talenteca.com* ### **Vacancy for the company Sodexo México in Colón, Querétaro** ### **Position Objective** Manage and execute specialized recruitment and selection processes for the industrial dining area, ensuring the hiring of candidates who meet the required profiles and competencies necessary for the proper functioning of the area, as well as support general human resources tasks. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct sourcing, recruitment, and selection of personnel for the industrial kitchen (cooks, kitchen assistants, dishwasher, etc.). * Post job openings on various recruitment platforms and media. * Evaluate and filter resumes according to job requirements. **Description:** ---------------- We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer with experience in HVAC air conditioning systems, who will be responsible for the supervision, monitoring, and coordination of activities related to critical infrastructure systems in a data center located in Querétaro. This role will focus on ensuring the proper operation of facilities through report generation, alarm response, and coordination with the maintenance team to resolve any incidents. **Job Requirements** 1\. Academic Background: * Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in similar electrical maintenance positions. * Technical studies in electricity, mechanics, or related fields (vocational or technical high school level). * Previous experience in data centers or supervision of critical systems is highly valued. * Mechanical engineers with incomplete degrees are also considered. 2\. Technical Knowledge: * Basic electrical and mechanical theory. * Familiarity and/or knowledge of HVAC air conditioning systems, UPS, and generators. * Basic knowledge of monitoring systems (BMS, SCADA, or others). 3\. Saturdays from 9 AM to 2 PM. * Work Location: San Miguel Galindo, Querétaro. Near Hotel Fiesta Americana. A personal vehicle is required to reach the location. * Salary: 19,000 gross nominal per month + additional support of up to 4,000 per month for gasoline and transportation expenses.
