We are looking for an entry-level CNC Operator with prior experience operating CNC machining centers or lathes. If you hold a technical degree and are enthusiastic about learning, standardizing, and improving, you will grow here. Responsibilities * Prepare, mount, and secure raw materials and tooling per work order. * Load and execute CNC programs (Fanuc / HAAS), perform minor offset adjustments and tool corrections. * Verify dimensions using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, comparators, thread gauges). * Interpret blueprints, tolerances, and basic GD\&T symbols. * Complete first-article inspections and quality records; release production. * Maintain 5S, safety, and area organization; report deviations. * Support rapid model changeovers and simple setups. Requirements * **Education:** Completed technical degree (Mechanical Engineering, Machine Tools, Manufacturing, or related field). * **Experience:** 1–2 years operating CNC machining centers or lathes in a production environment. * Blueprint reading and proficiency with measuring instruments. * Basic knowledge of G-code, offsets, tool wear compensation, and tool changes. * Preferred: Familiarity with Fanuc/HAAS controls; height gauge usage; basic SPC. * Availability to rotate shifts as required.
