Active participation in safety and hygiene **Job Requirements** * Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience as a security coordinator or in a similar position * Knowledge of CCTV alarm systems, monitoring, guard supervision, security protocols, and establishment of security processes and policies * Flexible availability for work schedule **Job Responsibilities** * Capture and collection of certification evidence * Monitoring compliance with security criteria according to certifications * Access control * Supervision of security guard activities * Tracking and handling of patrol reports * Review of CCTV footage * Induction talks with new employees, as required * Support in conducting anti-doping tests * Active participation in the Safety and Hygiene Committee * Identification of unsafe conditions and acts, and reporting them for resolution **We Offer** * Weekly salary * Monthly food vouchers amounting to 6% of monthly salary * Additional paid days off * Subsidized cafeteria * **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * **Location:** Carretera a Huinalá km 6\.5, Dulces Nombres, 66673, Pesquería, Nuevo León Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: Starting from $16,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Discounted cafeteria service * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
