Ensuring the operation of emergency systems A world-leading company in the development and engineering of electronic technologies and consumer solutions for residential, non-residential, mobility, and personal applications is seeking personnel to fill the position of: ***Building Maintenance Supervisor*** Requirements: * University degree in electromechanical engineering, electrical engineering and/or mechanical engineering or related field. * \+2 years of experience in building maintenance, HVAC equipment, and electrical installations. * ***Intermediate-to-advanced English.*** Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise cleaning staff suppliers, technicians, and contractors. * Prepare reports on results, procedures, instructions, and work plans. * Ensure the proper functioning of industrial safety emergency systems. * Develop and implement improvement projects. **Schedule:** Tuesday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $24,000\.00 per month Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (Preferred) Language: * English (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
