DM MEXICANA, a food industry company (dairy products), is seeking: **MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Maintenance, Electricity, or related field. * Availability for overtime. * Availability to rotate shifts: Day shift: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm / Afternoon shift: 3:00 pm to 10:30 pm / Night shift: 10:30 pm to 5:30 am * Availability to work Monday through Sunday with rotating days off. **Knowledge:** * Servomotors. * Industrial electricity. * PLC communication. * Sensor installation. * Drive programming. * Digital electronics. * Pneumatic and hydraulic systems. * Interpretation of electrical and hydraulic diagrams. **Responsibilities:** * Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance of production machinery. * Track work orders. * Control and record maintenance documentation. * Diagnose electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures. * Support continuous improvement of equipment and processes. * Ensure proper operation of production machinery and equipment. **We offer:** * Direct employment with the company. * IMSS coverage from day one (100% registered salary). * Weekly salary paid via BBVA payroll. * Weekly punctuality and attendance bonus: $230\. * Weekly production bonus. * Overtime pay. * Statutory benefits: vacation and vacation bonus. * Additional benefits: Christmas bonus and profit sharing. * Free cafeteria. * Uniforms and safety equipment. * Free on-site parking.
