Assisting with supply collection from vendors **Job Objective:** Ensure timely and secure transportation of hotel documents, goods, supplies, and personnel, as well as perform external procedures necessary for the proper operation of the establishment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Make bank payments and deposits. * Deliver and collect invoices, contracts, and administrative documentation. * Transport supplies, urgent purchases, or hotel parcels. * Assist with supply collection from vendors. * Conduct procedures with government agencies. * Transport employees or executives when required. * Maintain a daily log of completed errands. * Verify that delivered documents are signed and stamped. * Inspect vehicle condition daily (fluid levels, tires, cleanliness). * Report mechanical failures or incidents. **Required Profile:** * Minimum education: Completed junior high school. * Valid driver’s license (Class C or equivalent in the state). * Minimum 1 year of experience as a driver. * Familiarity with the city and metropolitan area. * Flexible availability. * Service-oriented attitude and professional appearance. **We Offer:** * Weekly salary: $2,350 net * Punctuality bonus: $150 weekly * Statutory benefits * Comprehensive statutory benefits: \- Vacation \- Year-end bonus \- Sunday premium \- Vacation premium \- Insurance * Free uniform * Weekly payment: Wednesdays * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. * 30% discount at restaurant Employment type: Full-time Salary: $2,500.00 per week Benefits: * Salary increases * Employee discounts * Company parking * Free parking * Free uniforms License/Certification: * Federal Class C driver’s license (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site employment
