Job Summary: A leading company in the metal-mechanical sector is seeking a CNC Programming Technician with experience in program development and optimization, training, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and optimize CNC programs 2. Train personnel on CNC programming and tool usage 3. Generate new CNC programs and workholding methods (fixtures/accessories/chucks, etc.) Leading Company in the **METAL-MECHANICAL** Sector Seeks: **CNC PROGRAMMING TECHNICIAN** Minimum 3 years of experience developing programs for manufacturing new parts, continuously improving existing processes, and training personnel in CNC programming and cutting tool application. Responsibilities: 1\. Generate and manage CNC machine programs in Master Cam and/or Catia V5\. 2\. Develop procedures or instructions for setup, adjustment, loading, and startup of CNC programs. 3\. Verify programmed operations at the machine to ensure successful first-piece run. 4\. Train CNC personnel to foster multi-skilling. 5\. Adjust programs to meet quality standards and criteria. 6\. Recommend areas and opportunities for continuous improvement within the department related to safety, quality, maintenance, and productivity. 8\. Generate new CNC programs for new products, as well as workholding methods (fixtures/accessories/chucks, etc.) 10\. Analyze problems with existing programs in the plant and implement improvements. 11\. Maintain and document program changes. Systems: \- Microsoft Office, Mastercam. \- CAD software. Knowledge: \- CNC programming for lathes, 4-axis (5-axis preferred). \- Drawing interpretation. \- Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD\&T) and g. \- Internal 5S audits. Education: Technical degree in Machine Tools, diploma or certificate. Languages: \- English: Preferred.
