




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for on-site and remote technical support, with experience in ticket management, software installation, and equipment maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. YoP Staff Program (additional vacation days, life insurance, major medical expense insurance, etc.) Work schedule: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Rest days: one weekday and one weekend day Requirements: -Education: Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Computer Systems or related field (student or graduate) -Experience: Minimum 1 year as Level 1 Technical Support. -Service-oriented attitude. -Valid driver's license (any type) -Ability to operate standard vehicles Responsibilities: -On-site technical support -Provide clear instructions and support to users via email, phone, or chat. -Basic networking knowledge and Ethernet cable assembly/crimping. -Efficient receipt and management of user support requests (tickets). -Remote support for local and remote locations. -Preparation of equipment for local and remote shipments. -Windows 11 installation. -Printer configuration. -Corrective and preventive maintenance.
