Job Summary: Supervises and optimizes operations, managing services, personnel, and quality standards within the operational city. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage, evaluate, and optimize service operations 2. Direct interaction with customers and internal staff 3. Regular site visits and contingency follow-up Position: Operations Supervisor Job Objective: Manage, evaluate, and optimize assigned service operations within the operational city, including customer visits, coverage, staffing rotation, and established quality standards. Main Responsibilities: Interaction with customers and internal staff (guards, shift supervisors, and service supervisors) Operational management per zone Preparation of reports Regular visits to service sites, as well as follow-up on pending items and contingencies Service coverage. Required Profile Completed bachelor's degree or high school diploma Willingness to travel Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position Personnel management experience for at least 100 people Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Ability to drive a standard vehicle Valid driver's license We Offer: $18,300 Gross Monthly Salary Statutory benefits from day one Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with weekend availability to respond to calls, visits, and messages We seek talent that makes a difference.
