Join Christus Talent Unit: High Specialty, Hidalgo 2525 We are seeking a **Training Analyst** Responsibilities: * Join Christus Talent Unit: High Specialty, Hidalgo 2525 We are seeking a **Training Analyst** **Responsibilities:** * Implement the training plan by scheduling internal and external activities aligned with identified needs, tracking execution and outcomes. * Develop training content, materials, and activities for in-person, virtual, or blended formats. * Ensure execution of onboarding and follow-up programs for new hires, transfers, and promotions. * Deliver courses and workshops to strengthen technical, soft, and leadership skills. * Execute the performance evaluation process, train leaders on its proper application, and analyze results to identify talent, skill gaps, and development plans. * Conduct institutional and position-specific onboarding processes. * Manage and digitize personnel files, certificates, attendance lists, and evaluations. * Administer satisfaction surveys and learning assessments. * Manage talent mapping and development plans. **Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, or Administration** 1–3 years of experience.
