




10 hours ago 4 Years of Experience ### **Description** **Objective** Ensure the company maintains a stable financial situation by guaranteeing profitability through the design, implementation, and execution of financial strategies, while also achieving efficient coordination among departments for the analysis of administrative and financial accounting processes. **Responsibilities** Define the administrative structure of the department by creating financial/accounting control policies. Prepare monthly/quarterly/semi-annual/annual budgets for all organizational areas. Collaborate with other business areas to obtain information for financial projections and ensure successful job performance. Create necessary information to provide financial data for decision-making. Work closely with the HR department to perform financial modeling for defining employee compensation schemes, evaluating employee performance. Monitor financial strategies and internal indicators to assess profitability by customer account and business line. Track, execute, and present to management various recurring financial reports, including cash flow analysis, financial statements, profit per account, balance sheets, and working capital reports. Provide senior management with a financial interpretation of the organization to support strategic business decisions. Implement internal control processes within the company. Develop financial plans and strategies, budgets, and forecasts to guide the organization's strategic decisions. Prepare and implement company budgets, as well as monitor their execution. Supervise the company’s accounting, tax, financial, and regulatory compliance. Oversee the company's billing and accounts receivable processes in a timely manner. Conduct financial feasibility analyses of projects to maximize group profitability. Manage investment strategies. ### **Requirements** **Experience** **Previous experience in finance or similar roles such as Finance Coordinator** 3 – 4 years **Preparation of financial reports and budgets** 3 – 4 years **Experience in developing and implementing strategies to increase company profitability** 1 – 2 years **Prior experience in designing compensation plans** 2 – 3 years **Treasury (accounts receivable, accounts payable)** 1 – 2 years **Developing and presenting financial statements to management** 2 – 3 years
