Position Summary:
Manage and plan operations, control human capital expenses, manage supplies, lead audits, maintain communication with customers, and supervise staff.

\*Manage, plan, and monitor operational expenses related to human capital.
\*Request and control operational supplies related to the area under supervision.
\*Coordinate with service departments regarding warehouse-related needs.
\*Notify relevant departments of any customer complaints received for proper follow-up.
\*Lead corrective actions arising from internal and external audits, with an operational focus.
\*Participate in internal and/or external audits.
\*Maintain effective communication with customers (external/internal) to address requirements, resolve incidents, and align operational expectations.
\*Update and/or generate documentation required by the Management System as needed.
\*Prepare pre-billing supporting documents and review them.
\*Apply and issue appropriate disciplinary actions to subordinates.
\*Generate service department tickets for tracking and closure of warehouse requests.
\*Prepare and present operational reports.
\*Participate in company-provided training sessions.
\*Conduct weekly meetings with service areas to track operational matters.
\*Generate requisitions for supplies, materials, or any other items necessary for operations according to established deadlines.
\*Handle daily incident management via the incident control system.
\*Assign workloads based on authorized staffing levels.
\*Manage, understand, and verify staffing levels relative to actual warehouse workload.
\*Plan overtime based on company and/or customer requirements.
\*Manage meal schedules for supervised staff.
\*Comply with monthly, bimonthly, and semiannual work planning.
\*Follow up on supplier activities within the warehouse to ensure task completion.
\*Ensure new hires receive job-specific training and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
\*Conduct mirror activities with new hires.
\*Assign roles and responsibilities to supervised staff (e.g., patrols, checklist execution).
\*Ensure correct completion of Management System forms.
\*Manage staff performance to recognize outstanding employees.
\*Follow instructions from Master Supervisor, Assistant Operations Manager, and/or Operations Manager.
\*Verify attendance of supervised staff at shift start via the incident control system.
\*Close staff-related incidents in the incident control system per Human Resources’ instructions.
\*Issue administrative notices and/or disciplinary actions for non-compliance, per operational procedures and the Internal Work Regulations.
\*Manage authorized staffing levels and active vacancies for reporting positions.
\*Supervise and participate in general and specific warehouse cleaning activities, both inside and outside the facility.
\*Conduct workplace inspections to ensure cleanliness, order, absence of accident hazards, and safe working conditions.
\*Ensure supervised staff perform cleaning of palletized materials in the warehouse and prior to customer shipment.
\*Comply with the Internal Work Regulations.
Salary: Starting at $26,000\.00 per month
