Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Support/Development Analyst to solve complex challenges by providing technical support, diagnostics, and maintenance for .NET applications on Azure. Participate in application support and maintenance **Junior Support / Development Analyst (.NET – Azure)** Join our team, where you will solve complex challenges for large enterprises. We work closely with our clients to understand their problems and build cutting-edge solutions to resolve them. Responsibilities: * Technical support and incident resolution * Handle and follow up on incidents and requests related to applications developed in .NET. * Perform analysis, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of .NET code to identify root causes of incidents. * Implement minor development adjustments in code and databases to resolve production incidents. * Provide technical support to users, maintaining clear and service-oriented communication. * Monitoring and diagnostics * Analyze logs in databases to detect errors, integration failures, or data inconsistencies. * Review and respond to alerts from Azure Monitor / Application Insights. * Support preventive diagnostics to avoid incident recurrence. * Data loading and management * Perform direct database information updates, following established guidelines and controls. * Execute bulk data loads (scripts, controlled processes). * Validate data integrity and consistency after loads. * Infrastructure maintenance (Desirable) * Support operational tasks for PaaS and serverless platforms. * Manage and support secrets and certificates. * Perform controlled service restarts. * Basic access administration (RBAC) and Access Policies. * Collaborate on SQL query optimization to improve application performance. Requirements: * Experience in technical support roles involving application development or maintenance activities. * Experience in user support and incident handling (service-oriented approach). * .NET / .NET Core development (minimum version 3\.5\) * Proficiency with relational databases, primarily Microsoft SQL Server (desirable), and familiarity with MySQL or PostgreSQL. * Experience with source code versioning using GitHub and/or Azure DevOps. * Use of API testing and documentation tools such as Postman and Swagger. * Completed degree in Computer Science or related field.
