Job Summary: Supervise and ensure compliance with the production plan in terms of quantity, quality, and timeliness, while controlling safety standards and resolving issues. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure production objectives are met 2. Guarantee quality and safety in production 3. Identify and resolve production issues SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS * SUPERVISE ADHERENCE TO THE OVERALL PRODUCTION PLAN * MONITOR COMPLIANCE WITH SAFETY STANDARDS AND INTERNAL PROCEDURES * ENSURE THE PRODUCTION PLAN IS MET IN TERMS OF QUANTITY, QUALITY, AND TIMELINESS * DETECT AND RESOLVE ISSUES AFFECTING PRODUCTION * REPORT PROGRESS, INCIDENTS, AND RESULTS TO MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES * Ensure all production areas comply with the established overall plan, guaranteeing achievement of scheduled production levels, timelines, and quality. * Inspect storage areas to ensure materials are properly organized, in good condition, and compliant with safety and hygiene standards. * Ensure production meets objectives for quantity, quality, and timeliness, taking corrective actions when deviations occur. * Promptly identify failures, deviations, or situations affecting production flow and implement rapid solutions to prevent delays, waste, or quality issues. * Inform management clearly and promptly about production progress, incidents, and results.
