Program and operate CNC machines and lathes. Optimize cycle times, reduce scrap, and drive continuous improvement. Analyze production processes (FMEA, process sheets, work instructions). Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and production departments. Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards. **Requirements:** Completed engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field). Experience in CNC machining and lathe processes. Knowledge of process development and continuous improvement. Automotive industry experience (preferred). Familiarity with quality tools (FMEA, 8D, etc.). Intermediate English proficiency. 3 years
