Promotion of quality and adherence to processes. **WE ARE SEEKING:** **SHIFT KITCHEN SUPERVISOR** Requirements: * Experience in food preparation * Food handling certification * Personnel management experience * H-certification handling Rotating Shift Schedule (Weekly): * **Day Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM** * **Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM** * **Night Shift: 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM** Responsibilities: * Coordinate dish preparation according to established standards * Manage and coordinate kitchen area personnel * Maintain and supervise cleanliness and order in the kitchen * Process and follow up on purchase order requisitions * Promote and train staff on quality standards and process compliance * Develop improvement plans for the department We Offer: * Salary of $**4,600** per week before taxes, paid via BBVA * Grocery vouchers of $**1,800** per month * Year-end bonus equivalent to 20 days' salary * Savings fund * Life insurance * Uniforms provided at no cost * Subsidized cafeteria * Job stability Our location is 15 minutes from the University Hospital.
