Provide analysis of data in support of product and process improvements. **JOB DUTIES:** * Develop and implement proposals to improve production processes. * Follow up on customer complaints and improvement requests. * Design or acquire manufacturing tools; validate reliability using statistical methods and document per current procedures. * Define and optimize manufacturing methods using Six Sigma and Lean tools to reduce costs, improve quality, shorten cycle times, and accelerate product delivery. * Maintain and update engineering documentation, including BOMs, standardized work instructions, and procedures. * Monitor and analyze key metrics such as Yield, Scrap, and Overall Assembly (OA); lead projects to achieve targets. * Coordinate and execute improvement projects ensuring compliance with performance goals. * Drive corrective actions and follow up on audit findings and customer issues, involving relevant teams. * Support production leaders and supervisors with projects, activities, and process\-related inquiries on the shop floor. Promote teamwork, company values, and continuous training to maintain compliance with required certifications. * **YOU MUST HAVE:** * 3\+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in process improvement or production engineering. * Full professional English proficiency for effective communication with suppliers and corporate teams. * Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, statistical validation.
