Leading telecommunications company **QIORA** seeks: **CREW SUPERVISOR** REQUIREMENTS: \-Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field \-Age between 30 and 45 years \-Resident of the port of Veracruz \-Availability of time \-Valid driver's license and ability to drive \-Proven experience in TELECOMMUNICATIONS RESPONSIBILITIES: \-Supervise crew punctuality and attendance \-Manage workforce, respecting rest shift schedules, vacations, and medical leaves for crews \-Monitor KPIs (Productivity and Excellence, Failure Rate, Installation Quality, reduction of repeat incidents, punctuality and attendance of assigned personnel) \-Ensure crews have complete uniforms, tools, and safety equipment in good operational condition. \-Address and resolve any issues arising with field technicians during service installation and delivery. \-Conduct material and tool inventory for each warehouse\-crew \-Constantly monitor the SAP platform to verify the status of equipment and materials assigned to crews under supervision.
