Requirements: -Degree or certification in Gastronomy or Culinary Arts. -Minimum 2 years of professional kitchen experience, preferably in Japanese cuisine. -Knowledge of Japanese culinary techniques. -Ability to manage inventories and cost control. -Leadership and supervisory skills.
