




**General Description** In Champlitte, we are seeking a Support Engineer with solid experience in technical support, maintenance, and administration of technological infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible, proactive, and service-oriented, capable of ensuring the proper operation of equipment, networks, and systems used within the company, delivering timely and efficient solutions to internal users. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide technical support to users onsite and remotely. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, peripherals, and mobile devices. * Diagnose hardware and software failures, applying effective and timely solutions. * Install, configure, and administer computers, printers, accessories, and operating systems. * Configure and support LAN networks, including routers, switches, access points, and repeaters. * Operate diagnostic tools such as multimeters, network cable testers, tone generators, crimping tools, air blowers, screwdriver kits, among others. * Administer telephony, internet, UPS, NAS, and backup systems. * Provide support for administrative systems, SQL, point-of-sale systems, access control, attendance tracking, and antivirus software. * Track incidents and document applied solutions. * Assist in the installation and monitoring of CCTV systems. * Ensure operational continuity of the company’s technological services. Rotating 9-hour shifts, including 1 hour for meals; work schedule runs from Monday to Sunday, with 1 day off between Monday and Wednesday. Work location: Tejería, Cd.
