Assessment and reassessment of patient fall risk. **Hospital MAC Boca del Rio is hiring a Licensed Nurse** Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Degree and professional license are mandatory). * Minimum 1 year of experience in private hospitals. * Availability to cover rest days/incidents: morning shift with rest on Wednesdays (rotating schedule based on productivity); tentatively Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday afternoon shift from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm; Friday, Saturday, and Sunday morning shift from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Experience in hospitalization, critical areas, operating rooms, CEYE, insertion of catheters and probes, and geriatric care. BLS and ACLS certification preferred. Responsibilities: * Correctly identify the patient and verify their identity as many times as necessary during patient care processes. * Identify high-risk medications and administer them using double-check procedures and adherence to the Ten Rights. * Request medications through the system according to the patient's therapeutic regimen. * Conduct assessment and reassessment of patient fall risk. * Integrate clinical records.
