Position Summary: Cost Manager responsible for planning, controlling, and analyzing hotel operational costs, ensuring efficient resource utilization and profitability. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in the development and monitoring of hotel budgets. **Grand Fiesta Americana Veracruz is seeking a Cost Manager in Costa De Oro \- Boca del Río, Veracruz** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Join our team as **Cost Manager**, responsible for planning, controlling, and analyzing hotel operational costs, ensuring efficient resource utilization, budget compliance, and proper profitability across various departments—primarily **Food and Beverage**, rooms, and general operations. ### **Responsibilities** * Develop, control, and analyze hotel costs (especially food, beverage, and supplies). * Calculate standard, actual, and variance costs. * Supervise inventory, warehouse receipts, and warehouse disbursements. * Review requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices. * Control shrinkage, waste, and internal consumption. * Prepare monthly cost, margin, and variance reports. * Participate in budget development and monitoring. * Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Accounting, and Operations departments. * Implement internal controls to optimize resources. * Support internal and external audits. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tourism, or related field. * Minimum of **2 to 3 years** of experience as Cost Manager or Cost Analyst, preferably in hospitality or Food and Beverage. * Knowledge of hotel inventory and cost control. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency. * Familiarity with administrative systems and ERP (desirable). * Strong numerical analysis skills and ability to prepare financial reports. ### **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Excellent work environment * Professional stability and growth * Internal discounts and benefits **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree \- completed **Desired Experience Level:** Expert level **Departmental Function:** Tourism / Hospitality **Industry:** Hospitality *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a0340eb4200004100eadcdf\&source\=indeed*
