**Position: Asset Security Administrator** --------------------------------------------------- **Location:** \[Branch / City] **Company:** \[Company Name] ### **Position Objective** Ensure the proper **local planning, direction, coordination and supervision** of **physical, asset, operational and logistical security strategies**, with the purpose of **preventing risks, protecting company assets, ensuring operational continuity** and compliance with applicable regulations at each branch. ### **️ Key Responsibilities** * Serve as the **direct communication channel** with Corporate Security Management and Security Department Heads. * Supervise and coordinate locally **Security Guards and Logistical Security Supervisors**. * Ensure compliance with established **security procedures, protocols and controls**. * Generate and report **incidents, risks and relevant updates** to Corporate Department Heads. * Identify risks and implement **preventive and corrective actions** to minimize impact. * Manage **shift assignments, breaks, vacations and working hours** for security personnel. * Handle **payroll administration, productivity bonuses and related documentation**. * Measure and monitor **security personnel performance indicators (KPIs)**. * Coordinate with Corporate on **training, development and continuous education** of the team. * Follow up on patrol incidents until their proper resolution. * Report **thefts, asset losses, accidents and critical events**, ensuring preservation of evidence. * Supervise controls for **entry and exit of personnel, suppliers and goods**. * Monitor control measures to prevent **theft of internal and external assets**. * Prepare **daily security and infrastructure inspection reports and monthly security inspections**. * Manage the **staff credentialing process**, from issuance to cancellation. * Hold periodic meetings with local department heads to reinforce security culture. ### **Ideal Profile** * Experience in **asset, logistical or operational security** * Leadership, operational control and decision-making skills * Strong analytical, follow-up and communication abilities * Focus on process and results compliance ### **We Offer** * Job stability * Professional development * Structured environment and preventive approach * Active participation in protecting the company’s strategic assets * Grocery vouchers 7% * Savings fund 7% * Christmas bonus equivalent to 30 days
