JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible for forecasting, organizing, integrating, and controlling operations within production areas to ensure compliance with production plans, guaranteeing adherence to required quality standards according to the Quality Management System under ISO 9001:2015. ESSENTIAL ACTIVITIES 1. Design, develop, and improve products according to customer specifications. 2. Conduct raw material studies for product development. 3. Analyze product stress and resistance. 4. Plan each stage of manufacturing procedures. 5. Supervise quality standards throughout the production process. 6. Ensure completion of procedures within established timeframes. 7. Evaluate the performance of workers under supervision. 8. Coordinate product inspection prior to transfer to the next station. 9. Assess their production station to maximize efficiency. 10. Assume responsibility for manufacturing and shipping processes. 11. Guarantee the effective and proper use of all resources and assets. 12. Maintain open lines of communication with employees, management, and executives. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES Academic Background · Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. · Professional license preferred. Specific Knowledge · Proficiency in computer software relevant to the position. · Expertise in SolidWorks and AutoCAD. · Knowledge of the Quality Management System under ISO 9001:2015. · Familiarity with the Regulations of the Federal Law on Metrology and Standardization. · On-site supervision. · Application of effective training processes. · Certifications and course completion records related to the field.
