Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Traffic Controller in logistics and the automotive sector to coordinate unit transfers and inventory control, ensuring on-time delivery. Collaboration with carriers and operations team to improve efficiency We seek a Traffic Controller with experience in logistics and the automotive sector to coordinate unit transfer processes, operational tracking, and inventory control, ensuring compliance with delivery timelines and client-defined procedures. Main Responsibilities Receiving and tracking dealer invoicing for the client. Logistical tracking of short-haul freight transfers. Planning and coordinating trips for dealers. Coordinating with carriers regarding available units for transfer. Tracking processes in the SGT system. Monitoring unit delivery processes. Verifying units sold to dealers and coordinating with the operations team for storage of unsold units. Maintaining up-to-date unit inventory records. Coordinating unit entry into the yard and scheduling their corresponding processes. Ensuring units have completed all required processes before assigning them to dealer trips. Reporting to the billing department any overtime authorized by the client. Requirements Bachelor's degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or related field. Desired 2–3 years of experience in the automotive and logistics sectors. Proficiency in Excel. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Knowledge of the Customs Law and its regulations. Knowledge of the Foreign Trade Law and its regulations. Familiarity with Incoterms. Knowledge of operations within port facilities.
