




Job Summary: Grupo Azucarero del Trópico is seeking a Bartender to ensure beverage preparation, maintain stock and work areas, and control costs and supplies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the preparation and presentation of beverages to guests 2. Maintain adequate stock at the bar and keep work areas clean 3. Control costs and manage supplies procurement Grupo Azucarero del Trópico, a national company engaged in sugar manufacturing and marketing, requires a Bartender for one of its business lines to perform the following activities: * Ensure beverage preparation and presentation based on guests' needs. * Maintain adequate stock at the bar. * Conduct inventory checks. * Be responsible for keeping work areas clean. * Be responsible for setting up and maintaining assigned areas according to established standards. * Control costs and submit purchase requests for supplies. * Manage orders with suppliers, ensuring receipt and proper storage of products and supplies. Education: Secondary school or high school diploma with certificate. Experience: Minimum 3 years as a bartender/mixologist (knowledge of beverage preparation [mixology] is essential, along with prior relevant experience).
