Job Summary: Technical Support Analyst responsible for providing continuous support, serving as the single point of contact, and resolving incidents, requests, and issues for internal customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely technical support to internal customers. 2. Resolve and clarify user incidents and/or requests. 3. Specialize in applications to resolve complex incidents. At Price Shoes Veracruz Puerto, we are looking for your talent as a Technical Support Analyst! Job Mission: Deliver continuous support by serving as the Single Point of Contact for receiving requests, incidents, requirements, and problems, ensuring their proper resolution and escalation through accurate and timely analysis based on established timeframes. Responsibilities: Provide timely technical support to internal customers. Resolve and clarify each incident and/or request from users. Ensure the integrity of identification data. Certify and ensure the workflow of each reported case. Attend all training sessions provided for the Help Desk department. Specialize in applications to resolve incidents requiring deeper analysis. Maintain equipment, tools, and work materials in optimal condition to ensure proper functionality. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field. Availability of time. We Offer: Gross monthly salary: $12,500 Biweekly payroll via Banamex. Employee membership. Direct employment with the company.
