We are seeking an **Account Executive** with proven experience in the customs or international logistics sector, focused on delivering personalized customer service, coordinating operations, and ensuring compliance with customs procedures according to current regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and track import and export operations. * Maintain constant communication with national and international clients, providing advisory and personalized service. * Coordinate with internal departments (administration, billing, etc.) to ensure proper execution of operations. * Monitor shipment status and guarantee compliance with timelines and customs requirements. * Resolve operational issues efficiently and professionally. * Prepare follow-up reports, account controls, and related documentation. * Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through timely and high-quality service. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Commercial Relations, or related field. * **Minimum of 3 years’ experience** in customs agencies, logistics, or foreign trade. * Solid knowledge of Mexican customs legislation, tariff classification, INCOTERMS, and customs clearance processes. * Proficiency with customs platforms and document management systems, preferably SIR RECO. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and results-oriented. * Proactive, organized attitude with a strong sense of responsibility. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Continuous training. * Professional development opportunities within a company with strong presence in the customs sector. * Excellent work environment.
