Job stability Job Objective: Efficiently manage the procurement of equipment, licenses, and technology services, ensuring optimal price, quality, and delivery timelines, thereby supporting the smooth functioning of technical and operational departments. Key Responsibilities: Quote technology products and services (hardware, software, and IT services). Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic suppliers. Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and commercial terms. Generate and track purchase orders. Oversee deliveries and supplier performance. Manage inventory of equipment and licenses. Support the technical department in requirement management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, Systems, IT, or related field. 2–3 years of procurement experience (preferably in technology or IT). Experience managing hardware, software, and technology service providers. Experience negotiating pricing and commercial terms. Knowledge: Computing equipment: PCs, laptops, servers, and printers. Licensing (Microsoft, antivirus, Adobe, etc.). Basic networking and technology concepts. Quotation, purchase order, and inventory management. Intermediate Excel (cost comparisons and cost analysis). Skills: Negotiation and supplier relationship management Organization and follow-up Cost analysis Effective communication Proactivity and sense of urgency Plus (Desirable): Experience in technology companies or IT support organizations. ERP or procurement system experience. Basic/intermediate English.
