Job Summary: Supervises and monitors the vehicle fleet, ensuring operational efficiency and resolving incidents for refrigerated transportation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Temperature monitoring and TRM folio reconciliation 2. Route support for operators and vehicle tracking 3. Committed to continuously pursuing excellence in all our services, we offer nationwide coverage and export services to the United States. *Job Objective:* Ensure operational efficiency of the vehicle fleet by supervising and monitoring routes, adherence to schedules, resolving incidents, and collaborating in the implementation of monitoring systems. *Responsibilities:* * Temperature monitoring * TRM folio reconciliation * Route support for operators * Administrative reporting for the department. Requirements: * Knowledge of routes: Mexico City – Monterrey – Guadalajara * Knowledge of vehicle performance topics * Average tracking of 25–30 vehicles * Telephone support for operators * Geofence creation on tracking platform * Knowledge of security protocols (engine shutdown / theft) * Mirror account generation * 2 years of experience in vehicle monitoring roles ***Work Location: San Julian, Ver.*** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,200.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * Monitoring: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
