Leadership of collections teams Join our team and become part of the top financial institution that values and recognizes your talent while you grow in a dynamic and collaborative environment! **Main Responsibilities:** Your duties include supervising assigned field portfolios and collectors' collections activities. * Supervise and conduct extrajudicial collections (home visits to borrowers). * Manage extrajudicial and judicial agreements to ensure debt repayment. * **Mandatory: Have contacts at collection agencies or law firms** We offer the following: * Base salary of $15,000 NET per month. * Productivity bonus * Food vouchers amounting to 7% of the salary value. * Christmas bonus * Vacation bonus You only need: * 3 years of experience in collections, leading collections teams; motorcycle handling experience * Valid driver's license * Availability for frequent travel * Portfolio zoning and classification * Credit negotiation and settlement * Field supervision * Evaluation and feedback on collectors' performance If you are interested in this vacancy, apply through this channel.
