




We are looking for a Human Resources Analyst with experience in manufacturing (furniture) Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree in psychology, administration, or related fields. \- 1 to 3 years of experience \- Experience recruiting operational, administrative, and preferably managerial profiles. \- Strong knowledge in recruitment and selection of operational and administrative personnel, incident reporting, internal customer service, contract signing, and delivery of PPE, etc. The position is focused 80% on recruitment (availability to perform fieldwork if necessary). Responsibilities: \- Recruitment and selection planning. \- Manage and issue communications reinforcing the Organization's policies and values. \- Coordinate second interviews with requesting departments, effectively manage operational recruitment, and handle internal promotions. \- Logistics and control of supplies. \- Talent development management, coordinate recruitment campaigns and internal promotion processes. \- Activities are not limited to those listed.
