SITE SUPERVISOR

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Site Supervisor to ensure our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. If you are passionate about executing a project from blueprints through to final handover, this is your opportunity! THE ARCHITECT AND/OR CIVIL ENGINEER SITE SUPERVISOR MUST HAVE: * At least 2 years of experience as a site supervisor * Extensive experience in ***residential housing construction*** (essential) * Precise knowledge of construction processes * Coordination of multidisciplinary teams * Knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, construction execution, supervision of estimates, and blueprint interpretation * Familiarity with lighting, sanitary installations, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, voice and data networks, construction materials, and finishes * Responsibility for construction execution in accordance with blueprints and the construction schedule, ensuring quality control * Practical, in-depth knowledge of Construction Regulations and their Complementary Technical Standards (NTC) is CRITICAL * Preferably own a vehicle Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture and/or Civil Engineering If you possess these skills and wish to join LINUM Construction, please send your updated CV and portfolio showcasing projects you have participated in.
