Description: * We are looking for a Sales Manager with commercial vision and leadership skills to lead the opening of our new agency. Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate and lead the sales team. * Define strategies to achieve monthly sales targets. * Drive marketing campaigns and promotions using social media and digital platforms. * Supervise customer service and the overall purchasing experience. * Manage invoicing processes, inventory, and vehicle deliveries. * Report results and forecasts to the regional department. Requirements: * Minimum of 2 years of experience as Sales Manager or Sales Coordinator (preferably in motorcycles, automobiles, or retail). * Knowledge of digital sales strategies and social media. * Completed bachelor's degree (desirable).
